Before we get started, there are a couple

of things you need to know:

 

No. 1, although we are owned by Bayou on

Bay, you cannot get the full Bayou menu while seated in the Oyster Bar

 

No. 2, everything in the Oyster Bar – from

fresh-shucked oysters to crafted cocktails – is

prepared fresh and to order. We have very

cramped quarters, so things can take a

little longer. But sit back and relax, it is all

worth the wait.
